By downloading, installing, or using the Love Spark Daily mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Love Spark Daily is a relationship enhancement application that provides daily suggestions, quizzes, and tools to help improve romantic relationships. The App offers personalized content based on user preferences and relationship dynamics.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are owned by Love Spark Daily and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App content
• User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for App functionality

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Relationship advice provided through the App is for informational purposes only
• We are not responsible for the success or failure of your relationships

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Spark Daily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Subscriptions & Billing

If you purchase a subscription, it will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your iTunes/App Store account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device. If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Refunds are handled by Apple pursuant to App Store policies.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia (courts of first instance of general jurisdiction) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except that consumers in the EEA retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence.
